Night Walk


近來面對一些考驗 S EQ situations,向好的一方面看,是一種挑戰,順道當是一種 training;但另一方面,壓力不容易承受,幸得好友支持丶還有同病相憐者互相扶持,但最好的方法,莫過於多做運動減減壓。

然而,S 一向是貓頭鷹,早上起不了床,只會預留剛好夠時間梳洗丶做簡單的裝扮和吃簡單的早餐便出門,實在沒有能耐先做運動才上班;午飯時間又不想太匆忙去做 gym,更衣丶做 gym丶梳洗丶還要“執返個樣”,就算不吃飯也不夠時間,況且還要帶備一大堆護膚品,太麻煩!

於是,只剩下晚飯後一個極短的 “window”(時段)可以做一點兒 exercise,由於工作下班不定時,令這個 window 變得極為“珍貴” ,因為運動過後,身體內的某種分泌(忘了是什麼,是血清麼?記不清!),anyway 那些分泌是會令人精神振奮的, 為了怕太夜做完運動而引至難以入眠,時間晚了又不能做,搬到現居後更多了一重限制,因為屋苑的公園只開放至晚上十時,不似得從前住在新界大西北那裡的“湖常開”,喜歡夜半才去散步也可以!

Okay,說了一大堆廢話,到底有沒有坐言起行?

Yes,有的,從大概兩星期前起,盡量調節作息時間,一星期最少騰出兩個晚上,飯後去繞幾個圈,最少步行 2km,這個嘛被正在練習參加 Trail Walker 的朋友揶揄,2km 只是熱身吧了!只不過,揶揄歸揶揄,大家都讚成,踏出了第一步,總是一個好開始!

Wow,看看從前留下的記錄,對上一次“出來行”,原來已經是去年二月的事,那時候仍在舊居,過去一年多,家裡發生了不少巨變,希望這次重拾 night walk,亦替生活揭開一個新 chapter

Simple rules, you need 45~60 minutes between meal and work out, between workout and sleep 3~4 hours. If you have tried working out in the morning you'll never try the evening. Jogging/walking produces Endorphin.

In the morning air is better, you are refreshed/energized psychologically and biologically due to Endorphin. You won't feel sleepy during the day and at night you'll sleep better.

It's also safer to jog/run in the morning.

song,though i know about this but that's really a big challenge to me as it requires to change my life pattern.... :-P
